IT was on the cards him not standing.
He has kept very quiet the last few days, no way would he run f he wasn't sure of a win.
Best result ever.:cheer2:

joeysteele 30-06-2016 11:00 AM

Dezzy was right too he said he wouldn't stand.

What a deserved knockback for his ambitions,he would have done far better to have supported the PM David Cameron as to this referendum and then moved to take over when David Cameron left of his own choosing.

Sometimes in politics good things do happen and this for me is for sure one of them.
Really good this man is not going to be PM of the UK.

All his plotting, scheming and twisting and turning has come home to roost now, good riddance to him from me
If the new leader puts him in their Cabinet however,he or she better make sure to watch their backs.

Confirmation that Boris never expected, nor wanted, Brexit. And yet he accidentally made it happen.

when I saw Gove was standing I knew something was up, because he was going to be Boris's campaign manager

what kind of actual fcked up mess is this?

Tom4784 30-06-2016 11:09 AM

Knew it, he's looking to the next election. Let the stand in take all the blame and swoop in to take the leadership when they are forced to resign.

Yep, he needs to sacrifice a "knight" to keep the king in play.

Don't be daft the voting public won't blame BoJo for any downturn in the economy or tax rises, they will have forgotten he was involved by 2020 :hee:

To heighten his profile show what a great leader and how in tune with the common man he was, leave weren't supposed to win :joker: I bet we are the envy of Europe right now as one of the main protagonists in the vote leave campaign has just given a vote of no confidence in the country :idc:

"I know, I love you too Bob, and I would marry you in a heartbeat if it was legal!"

"Well you're all voting on that soon so hopefully it will go through and then we can be together forever and ever and ever"

"Y... Yes... Hopefully it will go through... :umm2: "
