YouTube's copyright filter is notoriously **** - Channel 5 probably just asked them to block videos over 40 minutes long with the phrase "Big Brother" in them or something...

Not C5 getting their hands on BB6.

Jealousy cause it's the better than every one of the 50 series they've produced!

Daniel. 01-08-2016 04:39 PM

If they block it in every country proxy wont work

I see, is there any way it can be appealed or reversed? Surely it's up to C4 whether their footage is on YouTube or not?

Greg! 01-08-2016 04:39 PM

Might send a lil email to dusty Channel 5 so they can explain themselves

Greg! 01-08-2016 04:40 PM

Quite a lot of BB7 has been blocked by Channel 4 as well, might be a joint effort

Jason. 01-08-2016 04:41 PM

Someone contact BBArchive person to upload all the eps onto DailyMotion!

LukeB 01-08-2016 04:41 PM

Bye, I always watch BBUK C4 series on my PS4 youtube

Daniel. 01-08-2016 04:42 PM

Haven't the eps been there since 2012? A mess

Jason. 01-08-2016 04:42 PM

Yeah like late 2012 - early 2013.

Jason. 01-08-2016 04:43 PM

Some other channels have BB6 and BB7 uploaded before BBArchive did but idk if those have been blocked too.

Daniel. 01-08-2016 04:43 PM

I remember watching BB7 and BB6 on a different channel

Not too sure - Channel 4 could probably get it overturned but I'd assume that C4 still want them blocked (they've also been blocking videos on that YT channel), so it'd probably be a waste of time.

(On the other hand, if CBS found out that a Viacom company has been blocking their content I can imagine that they wouldn't be too happy about it...)

Daniel. 01-08-2016 04:45 PM

Only the first weeks of every series have gone

reece(: 01-08-2016 04:45 PM

Check if BB13 is still on DailyMotion!

Jason. 01-08-2016 04:46 PM

Looks like it ^

Daniel. 01-08-2016 04:47 PM

Is there no way to watch it unless you download it?

bots 01-08-2016 05:11 PM

channel 5 currently own the licensing rights to the BB name in the UK so they can do as they want. Anyone that publishes content they don't own the rights to either pays C5 for the privilege of showing it or gets their illegal content taken down.

CBS is a Viacom company... right?

Daniel. 01-08-2016 05:15 PM

Got a quick link to that website I've forgotten ha?

There's a few:

http://keepvid.com/
http://www.clipconverter.cc/

http://www.downvids.net/download-you...laylist-videos

The first two are for individual vids and the last one is for playlists

They were until the two split in 2005, though they're both still owned by the same billionaire (which the head of Viacom is currently in a lawsuit with).
