Can someone explain how they know who's up ,because I'm baffled ( nothing new there then I hear you say )

Theres a wall of housemates pictures which turn red when they are nominated. at some points during the videos posted to the bb website; Bear, Lewis, Renee and Heavy appeared red whilst Katie and James appeared blue, there wasn't a clear view of anybody else

Could it be a double this week ?
