The Kardashians have made a career out of bullsh1tting on social media. I think this is a publicity stunt. What's more, travelling with millions of pounds worth of diamonds is just about vulgar as I would expect from her. More vulgar still is the furore surrounding this "story" while real events happen in the world.

I have to admit I was a bit :umm2: when I saw this on the news. Sandwiched between stories of a missing military bloke and brexit plans.

Apparently, the motorcade that took her from the airport to NYC was bigger than the president's. Ridiculous.... Stupid people with too much money, a desperate desire for self-publicity and no class whatsoever.

Tom4784 04-10-2016 11:01 AM

Again, why would she do this for publicity (and so soon after Ryan Lochte tanked his own career after lying about his situation) when she just needs to show her face to get headlines? Why take such a big risk if she doesn't need to?

It's a bit silly how people are so willing to overlook the facts in order to stick to what they want the story to be.

The facts are that, just a few short weeks ago she tweeted a pic of the ring in question and stated its value. Her bodyguard was allegedly out of the building at the time of the robbery "guarding" her sister, which was rather convenient for the thieves. The apartment building had one non-uniformed security guard on the door who was quickly overpowered and they were able to gain entry to Kardashian's room... in a very exclusive block of luxury apartments with all kinds of security. Despite this they seemed to take their time, even tying her up and locking her in the bathroom.

Why would they do it? For the same reason they tweet EVERYTHING about their lives - they are attention w h o r e s.

Everything about this screams FAKE.

Amy Jade 04-10-2016 01:39 PM

If this did indeed happen to be a publicity stunt or staged then I would be disgusted I have to say.

So you've got nothing but a bunch of unrelated facts twisted to suit your narrative and this is meant to be more compelling than statements from the police? Deary me. I don't care about her one way or the other but the vitriol towards her for getting robbed is shocking.... and sadly illuminating.

The ones stated by the police, there's this thing called google, you should try it sometime, it's very useful.

I knew you were going to say that, you're getting way too predictable.

The US shootings that I've spoken against often come with video footage, multiple eye witnesses that corroborate the facts and other forms of evidence that tell the same story. To decry such evidence to be lies is more your thing than mine. I've never said that the US police only deals in lies, I never make speak in such absolutes, again that's YOUR thing not mine. In fact I've stated multiple times that the only problem I have with the police is the need to protect their own when they have done wrong as it damages trust with the public. I recognise that the majority of US officers are good at their jobs, it's only the few that ruin it for the rest and those few need to be stamped out of the profession and into a prison cell.

Of course, what this has to do with a Police Force half the way across the world is a mystery to everyone including you, I expect. There's no evidence to suggest that Kim K is lying and there's nothing to suggest that the French Police are either. People are letting their own feelings towards her get in the way of the currently established facts.

Not to mention that with everything thats happened in France recently, you'd think she'd be extra cautious.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 04-10-2016 03:13 PM

Did she give a statement before going home? She shouldn't have been allowed to leave since it's still under investigation? And apparently robbery is a favourite plot line of the Kardashians-they've all had robbery plots since 2007. It's twice for Kim now.

Cherie 04-10-2016 03:44 PM

Fake or not, how incredible stupid not to mention tasteless for a media savvy person to tweet pics of her expensive jewellery :umm2:

Jake. 04-10-2016 04:21 PM

if you honestly think she's made this up (especially after the year France has had) then yeah sorry but I don't know what to say.

She is not that smart to conceive it but it does smack of an inside job rather than some randoms. problems of having lots of bodyguards.. they tend to talk to shady people who talk to shady people and so forth

Saph 04-10-2016 04:36 PM

kinda sick how some of you are saying this is for publicity.. like really?

Crimson Dynamo 04-10-2016 04:43 PM

French police suspect the raid may have been carried out by an Eastern European gang with 'inside help'

Is the inside help Kris Jenner?

Greg! 04-10-2016 06:01 PM

An awful thing to happen to anyone, I feel so sorry for her. People saying she faked it need help and/or are extremely jealous of the lovely harmless Kim

Crimson Dynamo 04-10-2016 06:03 PM

I think there is little sympathy as they come across as vacuous horrible chavs

and frankly i have seen nothing to dissuade me that this opinion is not bang on

Oh yes the horrible chav Kanye who has condemned the homophobia in rap music and launched a charity to stop illiteracy for unprivileged kids.

And the horrible chav Kim who is a highly successful intelligent business woman and raised awareness of the Armenian genocide.

Ew reading back some of the comments on this thread and some of them are absolutely disgusting. Wishing death on a mother? Concerning behaviour from grown adults if I'm honest.
