Wasn't Livia able to get in touch with Ammi after she had her car accident? You could ask her maybe?

I have spoken to her and I think Livia just has her email address which i also have and she's not replied to an email either

Yeah it is. Just recently we'd been talking about if something happened to us in r/l would anyone from r/l come on here and tell the forum like the way Lexs grandson did and Kerry's husband did. I don't think anyone from my real life would but I do have people from here on FB so they would find out from there I suppose

It does feel really strange Ammi isn't on, she normally tells people because people mention it in the chat threads, there really isn't any need to turn this thread into something negative. Something out of the blue is bound to make people worried.

Her last posts were the day she sent out the secret santa PM's I think, so if she was needing to take a break because of being busy with work/family etc the timing makes sense, that she waited till she got something big/time consuming out of the way first. So it's like she was wrapping that up before taking a break. That's how it looks to me anyway so I don't think there's anything to worry about. And if there was I'm sure Mr A would have contacted the site or something, he'll know she's been on the site for years and has close bonds with people. As for not telling people first, she maybe just assumed that people would guess that she's busy, she'll be back on soon to tell us all that we're being silly sausages for worrying or something :laugh:

yeah she's going to need a nickname for her OH that doesn't reference the bloody Hoosiers. Awful song.

The last message she sent me was "...enjoy your Saturday and I'll be back soon....SOOON....../loads of love though...(for the moment..).." i think she was intending to take some time away from here for a bit

Aww that's good news then, I do hope she's ok though she is always such a nice kind warm-hearted person and her messages lately have helped me cope with some things these past few weeks.
