From reading I get the assumption that these live speeches are instead of VT I don't think they'll have time for both

I presumed we'll have all the housemates enter with a VT, they'll get like ten/twenty seconds once there in to say why they deserve to be a HM, voting will open for like five minutes and then close and then the ones who don't make the cut will be booted.

Yea potentially, just seems they'll be short for time especially if they have to put in at least like 18 housemates AND boot a few all in 2 hours

Surely they won't let them enter until we've voted for them? They'll not be booting them, they just won't be going in idk

If they don't put them all in first beforehand where are they going to do live speeches from? It'll be too hard to track whose been introduced as well etc.
