If he was having a laugh with his mates at home it would be one thing but they're making a TV show where the producers could end up in all kinds of bother if they aren't seen to be doing the 'legally' right thing. Pretty easy to see it for what it is and why it happened really.:shrug:

It's well overdue that they do something about the little twat constantly talking nominations though. Should be a fixed 'talk about nominations = up for eviction' rule every time someone does it. They might stop doing it if there's some actual consequence.
