Actually she didn't as "we" didn't put her in there BB did. Tom was the one who got voted in

Rylan admitted the forums were partly responsible for getting her in as her twitter and forum fans were going beserk. so inadvertantly tibb did help in maybe a small way

They put everyone who was a potential HM in though all 3 of the first lot plus Sam so I doubt it, I'm sure that's just lip service by Rylan
