All he was doing was appeasing sue to try and get her as a future ally in the house.

I said he did say something (very mildly) to Sue on the sofa,but still sat there and didn't move until Chan came out and stuck up for herself, but he didn't follow a crying Chan out of the bedroom,instead he stayed with his mucker Sue ,if boot had been on the other foot theres no way Chan would have sat there and let Sue attack Raph

Also just to put it out there since he is clearly not vindictive Raph is not unforgiving either.

When he and Joe fell out Raph offered an olive branch the very next day, hardly the actions of someone unforgiving.

2 sue raph n channy..raph saying nothing, making his excuses and getting up for a ciggy

I don't think he is vindictive and whatever the other one was.
I do think he's sneaky and bitchy though.However if it turns out he's had a plan and he gets a good position I'll definitely have respect for him.
