Raph isn't great friends with Isabelle...it's only because she sleeps in the same room..and is close with Chanelle.
Charlotte wasn't in the room for that conversation and Isabelle was not included with the four amigos.
She was talking about Raphs closeness with Chanelle.
Raphs a bigger snob than Charlotte...his friendship with Chanelle is fake. They have just leaned on each other for moral support...there is no connection between them other than that. If you really believe their friendship is real and they are going to hang out with each other long after the show has finished...you are mistaken.
