I think Joanna & Sarah Jayne were underrated in the task, they also didn't get a chance to shine as Elizabeth pushed them on the back bench making candyfloss :notimpressed: :facepalm: , Elizabeth was a control freak and didn't listen to her team who wanted to get involved more in sales.

She even lied when Joanna called her out she denied that Joanna & Sarah -Jayne wanted to get involved more :shocked: .

Jade & Elizabeth took over completely without a care for their team . I honestly think the girls work badly together .

And if Elizabeth got FIRED I would of been happy because she was crap and argumentative, but I'm glad Siobhan's gone as she was so bitchy and miserable from the beginning .

I think Jade should've stayed making sales as she was doing well and seemed to be selling a lot. But I do agree that Joanna & Sarah should have been allowed to be more involved.

Finally the womens team lost due to overspending and not getting enough profit. Although i Siobhan made critical errors i think Elizabeth really should have been fired as she is just a disturbing and overpowering annoyance in their team and not an asset. She needs to go.

That being said, Siobhan was a bee and always miserable and looked a bit like Helen Wood so i´m glad she´s gone. Just wish it was a double firing and Ewlizabeth got canned too.

How likely is it that Elizabeth would do CBB. It's very important to me.

She'll need to last at least 7-8 weeks I'd say, in order to be even or more with the likes of Karthik for example.
