To be fair to Vanessa, I have chopped and changed favourites this series.
All a bit up and down and all over the place.:joker:
The only thing I have stuck to is believing Andrew is a twat.

You got that right.:wavey:

Since the start of the show I liked Ann, Andrew and Shane. Andrew left, so now I support Shane. I don't count Ann, I went off her.

It's funny how those who always complain about threads turning into personal attacks on members are almost always the same people who keep having a go at Vanessa.

Even Andrew admitted that Shane J is a wonderful person. Very tolerant and everything he wishes he was.

It was referring to another thread called Shane J must win for the gays which I'm sure you know exists.

Odd thread if you ask me.

Really, in what way?

No use using throw away words like 'bigoted' without explaining how?!

Indeed, a single woman who has voted against equality for women and Gay people.

Take her stance on abortion and the woman's right to her own body?

How about Ann's part in ensuring women prisoners giving birth do so chained to their beds?

Leaving the Church of England and joining the RCs because of women priests?

What would Emily Pankhurst have to say about that I wonder?

Probably say those things are nothing to do with equality? :conf:

Silly question really son isn't it? Since men can't give birth or have abortion?

Obviously not my dear. It's more about women's right to choose and emancipation. Ann's acts have hardly advance the cause of women's rights now has it?

Ah but that's not what you said now is it? You said she voted against womens equal rights. So you were incorrect.

Brendan Cole got slated for using the term "my dear" especially to a woman and about equality.

Look what's just happened to him.

she would rejoice in her freedom and her ability to do so, its called democracy and representing those who voted for you. YOu may disagree with her but all you are is an opinion, like hers - equally valid

not moreso

Isn't it just.

I cannot get how Shane J is supposedly responsible for Andrew's issues with Ann.
As if they were one person.

I know Shane J as himself and Courtney are 2 identities but being 3 is a bit of a stretch.
