Yeah Streaming has destroyed the charts. It is not an accurate representation at all considering spotify playlists largely control how many listens songs get and how these songs thent chart. People putting on the main spotify playlists at parties, at work, for gatherings, at shops is hardly an accurate representation of what people are wanting to listen to...
