Kevin de Bruyne: Manchester City midfielder out for three months

Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne will be out for three months because of a knee injury.

The Belgium international, a second-half substitute in Sunday's 2-0 victory over Arsenal, suffered the injury in training on Wednesday.

City say De Bruyne, 27, has a lateral collateral ligament lesion in his right knee, but does not need surgery.

Black Dagger 18-08-2018 11:47 AM

We have all 5 players who made the most assists last season in the squad.

Nicky91 18-08-2018 11:48 AM

Liverpool has Alisson, one of the current greatest goalkeepers in the world :smug:

Black Dagger 18-08-2018 11:49 AM

Denver 18-08-2018 01:26 PM

Liverpool literally just had a net-spend that was 3x Man City's  In fact United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton, West Ham, Brighton, Wolves and Fulham all spent more (net spend obviously).

Denver 18-08-2018 03:54 PM

So West Ham spend over a 100 million and still in a relegation battle

But we bring the money in through transfer and a massive world wide fan base

Black Dagger 18-08-2018 04:42 PM

We literally got paid a **** load for doing a season long documentary. You're embarrassing.

Black Dagger 18-08-2018 04:43 PM

And bringing in money through transfers because your best players get bored of winning **** all and move to Spain isn't a good thing x

GiRTh 18-08-2018 08:45 PM

Two games, two defeats but I#d still say Emery is doing quite well.

He did one thing that pleased me when he took Ozil off after 60 minutes - something Wenger would never have done. Ozil was awful, by far our worst player and when you take into account Xhaka was taken off at half time it shows how poor Ozil was again in a big game.#

EDIT - And Lucas Torreira has got to start games. He will quickly become our most important player
