Well it's probably a fruitless argument since Britney isn't even in control of her finances and probably has an allowance herself.

She might as well be her children's sister, as she is essentially a child being puppeteered (?) around herself.

As for her mental health issues, yes people can get better, she clearly isn't.

I don't think it's fair to take aim at Britney for her parenting or control of her wealth either considering she does suffer from mental illness and she's probably doing what she can.
