Tbh I never know how to answer these type of questions so I'll refer to the dictionary definition of 'legend' - "an extremely famous or notorious person, especially in a particular field."

The names that'll always stick out from recent years are Deana, Dexter, Gina, Ashleigh, Jayne, Chanelle, and Isabelle. And while it pains me to say it bc 'legend' seems more like a compliment rather than a group of housemates, Helen is, by that definition, a legend

Sukhvinder and Sallie were important characters to the first week or 2 of their respective series but to call them a legend seems a bit odd to do for me

I'd argue BB16 Marc is between Sukhvinder/Sallie level and the people I consider 'legends'

don't get me wrong she's a little potty mouth (!!!) BUT she saved the series, because of her we had feuds, a split etc. n people complain about ha pass to the final but without that pass she would've been out week 1/2 and that series would've been even more fookin dire than it already was, and therefore to conclude she is a legend case closed x

she's a fookin horrid human, but she's undoubtedly a legend n single handedly saved that series. i forgot about toya boop soz but pauline was gross n mark was the one of the worst that series everything he did was attempting to please the public, he only ever stood up to people when he knew 100% the public would agree n sat on the fence in actual situations, the way he treated christopher was gross n his personality was unbearably false n put on

Like, maybe it was just the edit but Helen became likeable in the last week, if we got to see that side to her earlier in the series I wouldn't mind so much? But it's the fact we saw her attack people for their physical appearance and slagging people off behind their back when they first meet (-cough- Chris)

Whatever aspect of her I could stomach was destroyed in BB16

if she was in any other series i would've hated ha tbh, and i still would've loved ashleigh to win over ha and ashleigh > helen 100% BUT if we are talking legends of all series ashleigh is not even in the same league as ha

i think this is another thing, BB16 is the only C5 i didn't watch and don't plan on cuz everyone just chats shet about it so i think i don't see her as bad as others do based on what i've heard of her time on there

Ashleigh was certainly more quiet and less confrontational, but she's a legend in her own right, and by different leagues I hope you aren't suggesting Helen is a bigger legend :oh:

I've seen a lot of Helen fans be unable to defend her actions in BB16, if you want your memory of Helen to not be tarnished,d on't watch BB16 :p

yeah! It's like, whatever Helen had going for her in BB15 (her argumentative nature and her... uhm... vocabulary I guess?) was amplified for BB16 and it just became unbearable. The fact she had like, no positive moments in the house just made her a negative presence. And tension and negativity is needed sometimes!! But it's also not needed sometimes and even BB15's Helen was too heavy on the negativity imo

i love ha but she moped and whinged and too miserable IMO to be a 'legend', in any other series she would've been gobbled up (and in bb15 too if helen went early), she was the best of a bad bunch in that series like comparing her on the same level as chanelle, gina, dexter, deana just AIN'T RIGHT
