Classic Saskatchewan vs Alberta smackdown.

Like North vs South... in almost any former or current North vs South clashing

Ours is a rivalry that will never die

Ha... beautiful!!

I lived there for 9 years! Fingers crossed I get to go back someday

Yeah I’m sick of people victim shaming Ryan. Absolutely disgusting. Should sue Roxanne for the damages

Josy 31-08-2018 05:36 AM

Have you even watched the clips?

Roxanne is the only one making a mockery of true domestic violence victims with this whole thing.

Ryan is the victim here.

Her reaction may be considered over the top but she is entitled to her reaction just as much as forum members are...

...I’ll go back to the OP with this...Roxanne seems so full of insecurities and obviously she’s attention seeking..annoying, irritating etc and just generally difficult to live with, is the view of most housemates...but none of that has any bearing with the thing with Ryan though...there are a few things with this for me...the playfight and the ‘punch’ wasn’t really shown in any way that could have been assessed by the viewer...and there are multiple cameras in the house so no reason for it not to be shown in a show which had that storyline as it were, as a large part of the focus in its ‘dramatics’...so that feels very manipulated by BB...and I think they’ve been particularly manipulating this year...they won’t even say why Rodrigo was ejected...they feel their viewers aren’t in the need to know basis corner..?...but BB wouldn’t exist without the viewers so that’s complete disrespect as well, completely dismissive of those people who are responsible for the show to be existing...so that’s the extent of their arrogance and manipulation as well...so are they manipulating it to show Roxanne being genuinely hurt and a playfight she was fine to participate in, having ‘gone to far’ with a punch from Ryan..?...and then her more or less asking for him to be removed from the house..?...well it wouldn’t make sense to me because the obvious thing with that..?...is that they would have showed the playfight with the detail and angle needed which would have shown she was dramatising something and manipulating for Ryan to be removed..so just confirming that ‘kooky old Roxanne’ which is creating a big talking about atm, surely what they want to be happening, to have that interest and for their programme to be being discussed in its controversy etc...if BB did actually feel there was something in the playfight that would or could be seen as a ‘concern’ in any ways Roxanne is seemingly perceiving it..?...if they agreed with her in any way then they would have to have removed him is the way I see it, they just wouldn’t have had any choice in the matter...but they haven’t though...a housemate has been physically hurt, feels in danger and not safe etc...but they’ve chosen to leave Ryan in there..?...just doesn’t really make sense to me at all and it’s what makes sense to us all as well...it’s also for me that she said something like..’oh I’ll be nominated or evicted now’...or some such thing...so she’s obviously very aware of perceptions and aware of manipulating perceptions as well, I feel..?...

...I don’t think she’s a victim in this with the play fight but I think she’s fine with creating a victim in Ryan though...so that goes a bit beyond ‘kookie Roxanne’ and would make her more the ‘person of danger’ in the house ...

...or what Josy said really...in fewer words....

Ammi 31-08-2018 05:52 AM

...BB might review the footage as they did with Rodrigo and eject Ryan in a week or so...maybe just before or maybe just after the final...depending how much time they have to look at it and decide..hopefully it won’t take so much time with this as it did with Rodrigo as Roxanne has alerted them straight away to look at those few seconds of footage...so they’ll get right on to that ejection and he’s gone...oh, he isn’t gone...maybe they will have to look at it for another week or so ...

If anything Ryan should be the one scared and feeling unsafe being around Roxanne, who knows what the unhinged bitch will do next!! . I fear for Ryan's life! :worry::umm2:

...well I don’t fear for his life, GoldHeart.....but I think it’s grim that she’s prepared to intimate what she is doing so definately more a ‘danger’ to him as he ever could be to her...and when he does come out..?...he does deserve to have interviews etc which aren’t largely dominated by a playfight ...which both seemed fine with until a slight change of movement or whatever caused the rib poke...and for that to be felt to be able to manipulate...very quick thinking from Roxanne I think...

The point is Roxanne is hyping everything up to the MAX to make Ryan look like a thug , when she's the one that's a psycho!! . She's got serious mental issues that's why he should be careful :nono: .

It’s not Ryan I fear for, more so the people she associates with on the outside, including her fiancé

AnnieK 31-08-2018 06:17 AM

She has dropped a massive bollock here. Judging by public reaction and perception this could massively backfire and end up damaging HER career and life. To level an accusation and such extreme reaction has made people question her honesty and integrity.

..what was interesting as well for me..?...is how Ben was telling her directly what his feeling were for her, regardless of her having a fiancé etc...and then she went off to the diary room and to spend the night in the bedsit type room on her own...without really responding at all to him...which would have led him to believe she didn’t feel comfortable with what he had said and didn’t want to spend the night in the main bedroom with him present..which wasn’t the case at all...what he said to her seemed to just float over her while it was quite the declaration being made and needed instantly and directly addressing with him...he’s meant to be the person she feels closest to and has bonded with and fairly much needed his friendship in the house, is what she’s being saying..?...and yet she’s not seeming to be absorbing this very important thing he’s saying at all...or realising a response is needed and deserved by someone she’s feeling a very close friendship for...all interesting stuff I think, GoldHeart...

She's aggravating! & very manipulative and scheming!!! . I bet she thinks the public will be on her side because she acts like a 12 year old with ADHD and she probably thinks that's endearing , but fact of the matter is we've seen through her BS and that weak pathetic walk she did through the garden was all for attention aswell, she even waved at the other housemates :bored:  she's unstable !.

I think it's quite obvious from the small footage that we've seen that no serious contact was made between Ryan and Roxanne. When someone hits someone hard there would be movement of stance and flinching and none of this was evident. Even her complaint it hurt was done with laughter and jokes about laundry. Then she went into the bedroom and it occurred to her she could drag airtime and drama from it. In my view I don't think he made any hard contact with her if any at all and he was just being playful. She milked it.

Having said that Ryan did invade her personal space and this should be a cautionary to him that you can't do that randomly because even if you think you are all mates and don't intend any malice, it may not be received with the same sentiments.

Vanessa 31-08-2018 06:38 AM

Roxanne is no victim and is fooling no one with her crocodile tears. If there's a victim in all this is Ryan. He's been called a wife beater, when all he did is playfully tap her on the arm :nono:

But a warning for that is ridiculous. She playfights all the time herself.

...yeah it think that’s why he did get a warning, which I was totally appropriate as well because he did invade her personal space and BB would have seen that in reviewing the footage so didn’t leave for any possible ‘backlash’ as only a warning was appropriate which is what happened etc..I don’t think it was just about dragging drama though tbh...Roxanne showed a specific intent in that she wanted him out....out, out, out ...and in typical dramatic style with her....snd she didn’t care of any impact this could have on him at all...to say she felt in danger while he was in the house.../...just so shabby and grim...to create a victim in order to play a victim...

Yes she does and she is always throwing herself around and bouncing about which makes Ryan's assumption that his playful jabbing would have been received in fun more valid. I do think she is in the wrong here but he did approach her and it is a lesson that you can't do that with anyone.

I also felt her behavior towards Been was rather cruel after he spilled his feelings out. She went to the spare room leaving him thinking it was because of him.

However my impression of Ben is that he has a very short attention span when it comes to women so pretty sure he will get over it.

Crimson Dynamo 31-08-2018 06:50 AM

What Roxanne and BB did was to cheapen violence against women and set it back a step

She should have been told that if she persists in false claims against Ryan she will be ejected and she SHOULD have been given a formal warning

And you look at Sir Cliff, Jimmy Tarbuck and all the other innocent celebs and you think of this incident and how batsh1t claims are given credence due to FEAR OF BLAME by the people the claims are made too.

It was disgusting to watch her and I hope she is now booted out forthwith
