I don't refer to people by their physical appearance, never have and never will ,I think the use of the word rat could be construed as dodgy though also the wife beater comments are unacceptable though I confess I haven't seen it

The old Cagney black and white films are famous for using this term but describing white men.

It is not about looks or race but about persona, behaviour and how you treat others.

Trump has used the term rat to describe those that take a plea deal, it is also a common gangster term
