I enjoyed it very much. I knew people will go and say "boringggg bring lewis backkk", but I actually didn't mind it being like that. Lewis and Cameron were toxic to the house dynamics, and once the problematic entity was removed, everything is much more positive.
I'm absolutely here for a positive final week of Big Brother.

yeah, I was waiting for them as well :joker::joker:

The show was a glimpse into what the show could have been like more without his toxic presence. There still would have been drama and arguments, just with not the levels of deeply unpleasent threat of emotional blackmailing/ manipulation/ neurotic whining/ tantrum rages that we have been subjected to all season.

This post is a perfect example of what i said before though.. The emotional refusal to admit that the show can be fun without him is real and some here are just entrenched deeply in being negative about even a show like Monday's. It's very transparent.

I forgot one

What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander

What you should also realise is that some liked what Lewis brought to the programme and miss his input. They are allowed to voice their preferences too.

You may have your opinions but they only carry the same weight as anyone else's. Their opinions are just as valid.

You have the right to your opinions so to then denounce others rights to express theirs is unfair and wrong.

They might not have enjoyed the programme and found it not to their liking, but to project your dislike of Lewis onto their comments to say they are entrenched and negative could easily be reversed and have the finger pointed right back at you.

That's fine. i think it started with comments like "i wouldn't go out on a night with people that enjoyed Monday night's show", etc. paraphrased, ofc.

Once you start making personal jibes, people respond, i guess.

But, message recieved.

No, i think arguments are indeed necessary as part of the show, ofc, but when a season is being dominated by neurotic whinging, hostility, and contrived DR rants, a HL show like Mondays is refreshing and welcome. The season could have used more shows like it.

Sorry fingers down throat...a show needs all sorts and a variety of all sorts in a final week otherwise it becomes boring...

I'll go through the thread, just report these posts in future instead of responding

But it wasn't, you made it all about Lewis and he wasn't even in it.

"Lighthearted, funny, with HMs given room to show positive realtionships and actual genuine like for each other. I loved them all.

I wish more of the season had been allowed to be like this."

yes it was.

how is this OP making it all about Lewis?

That's great:wavey: Apart from the last line.

The fact that the season has been miserable for the most part was not attributed to lewis in the OP.

it was an observation of production choices and general tone. I mean, sure, lewis was indeed a major problem with why the season has been such a bad one, but the OP was actually an attempt to celebrate a good show more than anything else. If we hadn't mentioned him at all i wouldn't have cared.

You might have found it miserable, I am sorry you did.

I didn't and many more disagree with your opinion. It is not a fact.

All i offered is opinion, ofc, that's painfully obvious.

How have the ratings been?

yeah, a huge slump. Indeed.

it seems many also thought that it's been a generally awful season. I mean, there have been good points, but in general it's been pretty miserable.

Which is why Monday night's show was such a joy.

You will have to be clearer, because i don't know what you are trying to say.

No where here have i claimed more than opinion... Do i have to put IMO after every sentence to make it clear?
