you had no idea what she was like at all so how you can post that is a mystery?

she plays a character on the daytime quiz that she now and then appears on

Easy. They said "what they didn't expect" we all have expectations and assumptions about what someone is like.

Nowhere did they say they "knew" anything about her at all.

IMO Anne has dragged Autism back 10 yrs ,if she is in there to enlighten people on it shes done the cause no good at all

Rob! 28-11-2018 01:39 PM

A scream at people claiming she's dragged autism back whilst constantly making posts that clearly show they have zero clue as to what autism actually does to people.

Well considering you've already admitted to knowing sod all about it, you have no grounds to base this ridiculous assumption on.

No.

Do you have any more questions? I love quizzes. Make the questions a bit more difficult though, that one was easy.

I'm not surprised you can't defend the viewpoint you offered, it's indefensible.

I made the point...you just refuse to accept I have a valid point about something very simple and its YOU that cannot defend it. That's when you pluck pieces out of my threads out of context to twist them into what you want.

Ive made my point...nothing more to say.

People like Anne because they identify with her. It is the only conclusion I can reach because she doesn't seem to have any likeable traits. All she does is sit on her arse and recite useless facts.

Also, could her fans perhaps start making positive threads about her instead of doing no more than come into every negative anne thread to insult half a dozen people each day..

Also, can the mods be a bit fairer in handing out infractions in the anne threads.....

Well, for a start, we've actually listened to what she's said about autism instead of picking out our own self edited versions and running with them instead of what has actually been said. Some of us have actually read about autisim and learnt enough to know that she is doing a huge service to people with autism, evident by the amount of support she has from parents with autistic children and the fact one autisic kid even wrote her a letter saying how she'd shown him how much he could achieve.

i mean i certainly can identify with her condition which is part of the reason why i like her so much. idk why thats such a bad thing? people on the spectrum get barely any representation. from certain prejudice on this forum by many posters regarding this i can understand why

Oh yes, I agree with the bit in bold.

I bet all autistic people watching are proud to be represented by a fat woman who refuses to do anything.

listened when? on this show? cause she has hardly mentioned it...

Who is to say her detractors havnt spoken to real life people or live with real life people or suffer themselves from aspergers??

what gives anne cart blanche in what asperger sufferers go through daily, each individual is different and cope differently with thier aspergers....but you would know that.

What gives this forum cart blanche to rubbish how her autism affects her? "Nothing to do with autism" "She's using the autism card!" "And she's lying about autism!" Being regular phrases spouted by people intent on criticising her and even "don't want a lesson on autism".

They admit to not knowing about it, admit they don't want to learn about it and still feel knowledgeable enough to fabricate lies about how her condition has affected and continues to affect her life.

It's the bigotry of low expectations.

These people have such low expectations of her that when she manages to achieve 7 out of 11 stars, they praise her and say how brave she is.

Wheras you and I would treat her equally to any other person despite her disability.

You said we must identify with her then went on to call her unlikeable and lazy. If you thought you were good at veiled insults you need to try harder :hehe:

This is it. People are patronising her. We can look past her disability and judge her fairly, but other people can't.

How is 7 out of 11 anything but good?

Does every other campmate get 100% every single time? No, far from it.

She's already done a lot better than a hell of a lot of former contestants too.

The task was ridiculously easy. And she still failed it and had to say IACGMOOH.
