Also, is the vote a popularity contest like you can just vote on who you like or is it supposed to be based on just the songs? I assume the songs but I ask because the songs aren't listed with the contestants on the vote post :laugh:

Well I'd hope it was based on song choice, I'd assume it is with the judges, but the public vote will likely be dictated, in some instances by likeability/friendships.

my votes were based off of how ah like my song but tbh the people who ah liked may be one or two places higher than they might have been but nothing drastic

The public get to vote as obviously they could love a routine that the judges hated and vice versa, the public votes will then be given points (11 for the top, down) and combined with the judges leaderboard to work out the bottom two (or three this week)

So it's an average between 1-11 added to the judges' average scores?

For example if you were top of the public vote but the bottom of the judges leaderboard, you’d get 12 points (11 from public, 1 from judges)

If Alf was third on public votes and fourth on the leaderboard, he’d get 9 from public and 8 from judges, so 17 points

If there’s a tie, they’ll both receive that amount, meaning last place will get 2 instead of 1, in order to make everyone saveable
