And it's exactly where we should be. |
The Cherokee Guns’ owner, Doc Wacholz, has denied that the billboard on Route 64 outside Murphy is a deliberate provocation. “I’m not inciting any violence or being racist. It’s a statement. It’s an opinion,” he told the Asheville Citizen Times.
...I wonder if it was four people in his own family whose images were up there, if he would still feel ...’it’s a statement, it’s an opinion..’...what an incredibly reckless action...but someone else’s family members so... |

Advertising guns by making out that the Squad is the enemy is clearly provocation that makes targets of them. 'Hey, look at these people we want you to hate, now buy our guns!'

Given that, come October, we are going to have an even closer relationship with the US then we do now, it's only smart to keep track of US affairs. Trying to mini-mod by making out that we cannot speak about US issues because of.....reasons?... Does nothing but stiffle discussion and news.
US problems will become our problems come October, especially if they end up dragging us into a war with Iran because we'll be reliant on them in a no-deal situation. |

Are you concerned about growing far-left violence too? |
Whataboutism and false equivalency, yet again.
You can't dismiss terrorism by trying to divert attention elsewhere just because you feel defensive over the term 'right wing' and you can't make out that throwing a milkshake over someone is the same as shooting them dead or inciting violence against them. Right wing terrorism is a real and growing threat that is recognised by security agencies on both sides of the atlantic. 'Left Wing terrorism' is just something fragile right wingers are desperate to throw about because they feel more protective of right wing terrorists then they do about condemning them and having to accept that something is wrong. |

I dont see far left violence growing though. Instead I see increasingly divisive and hateful language from right wing politicians and dangerous rise in far right activity in real life and online. Racism, sexism and xenophobia rising, white supremacist ideology given support by the us president. Ngo? The same who wrote lies about London? |
