why are all these plans a magic 10 years, why cant we have 4 year plans, seems fair enough, 4 years to get something done? seems a generous amount of time?

There's nothing wrong with bringing back BT for broadband it would prevent the controversy surrounding 5G and huewai?
From a security perspective I'd have thought the less foreign fingers in our communications the better?
