I would base a lot of it on how many threads do they make - do they provide images and links, what is their post count?

Eh I don't know why it's such a big deal. It's just a... nice thing to do and a bit of fun? It makes the forum more active and it's always nice to see positivity for a change. You can still appreciate comments just as much despite it being online. :shrug:
