I know I have made the same comment several times but it is completely ignored, I would love to know how many run the London Marathon every year for NHS CHARITIES but nobody bats an eyelid

Can someone please give me a brief on this story? Apologies I didnt really follow it from the start.

From what I understand he was an old man who walked around his house to raise money for the NHS and lots of people gave money so now he is being knighted?
