White people can’t receive racism, because white people have been seen historically as the default race. I’m not even going to go into the amount of slave history, segregation and the incarceration of black people that makes it a even more valid standpoint that white people don’t experience racism. So please be educated on these issues.

Honestly I hate to be pedantic at a time like this but this comes up constantly in these situations. You're talking about institutional racism. White people cannot experience institutional racism in the west (and tend not to anywhere). I think its important that everyone fully understands and accepts that, AND understands that institutional racism is the problem that plagues the US and has lead to this civil unrest.
But :umm2:... Institutional racism and individual racism are not the same things, and it is possible for any race to experience casual racism. The difference of course, as you say, is that individual racism against white people is limited in scope and in most cases reactionary.
