I wanted a moody Morgan, Dia, Cara trio but it all flopped in that regard.

Harry is the star of the instrument group, so charismatic, vocally talented, instrumentally talented. He was the only one of the 8 (?) with the stage presence of a pop/rock band member, the others will pick it up in the smaller group but he was clearly born to do it.

The Rap R&B group is leagues ahead of the other groups. They all have their own distinct style but are still cohesive and look like a ready-made group as opposed to 4-5 soloists that were flung together.
