I don't think the gestapo will be turning up at anyone's door and locking them into a dentist chair whilst pumping them full of vaccines, but I fully expect some kind of passport to accompany vaccine users to allow them access to the more traditional societal pastimes. Laurence will be able to refuse, and he'll be completely free to enjoy his own company in his living room.

proof of vaccination will be like a passport by this time next year. Want a job? better be vaccinated ... want to go to the pub? better be vaccinated .... football anyone? Travelling abroad? All will require evidence of vaccination.

Tourism is ****ed for the next decade or longer. The only real hope for the industry is that the problem is the same everywhere - so hopefully the lack of international tourism can partly be countered by more local tourism (Scottish people heading down to Cornwall for some sun, Londoners heading up to Scotland for the scenery, etc.)

We should all fly over to Eindhoven and 70's football hooligan the place up a bit. :smug:
