I have created a powerpoint that can show the stream. So far I have only tested it on Office 2003 and WMP11 resolution set to 1280x1024. Tell me if if works for you.

You can also watch live streaming for free on virgin Media website. It has no adverts so its completely all live streaming with no interruptions. I watch it on there mostly now.

I'm gonna sound really stupid now but, where is File? I can't find it i'm using wmp11.

I tried the link to the website for streaming but it says I need a plug in which it can't find ( using firefox)

the virgin link is only for virgin broadband users, its on the virgin media homepage. thats why this was a good thig for everyone else.
