Its a bit bloody late now anyway, infection rates have been rising exponentially for weeks before this ban has come in. Any mancs that have travelled to Scotland could have already imported it. Also the rates are rising pretty quickly in London too so those 20,000 fans are at risk of becoming spreaders.

Speaking of Scotland, how DID anyone there get Covid?

Well one of these muppets must be wrong.

As a devolved administration that has moaned that Westminster don't consult with her, Nicola should have led by example and at least advised another devolved leader of what she had decided

She is just desperately pushing her independence agenda...if this was about public health, she would be quarantining the 17,000 fans who travelled to London for no reason other than to have a drink and Dundee

Oh yes desperate and see through , Scots are very welcome to her~ don't like her , never have, don't trust her ~ she pissed with power.

I can understand Nicola Sturgeon determined to protect Scots from covid.

I'm surprised she didn't consult the Mayor and look for some compromise.

On balance, I rarely disagree with Andy Burnham so I think on this he is right.
So here I support his stance on this.
