To be fair I don’t think many people are too concerned about her wellbeing . I thought it was laughable to hear her brother complaining about her being kept in cramp conditions where she’s been detained Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
Ghislaine Maxwell Guilty on 5 of 6 Charges

It’s sickening how this woman ‘seduced’ those poor girls into believing they were going to have a lovely time and then she’d push them into a bedroom to be violently raped ... then she smiled at them as they came out of the bedroom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
She actively participated on several occasions too, which makes her very much a sexual predator.
|
I find it hard to feel sorry for her.
Because some of the victims were as young as 13. This is awful! |
I don't think anyone feels sorry for her Vanessa

Time for the rich and powerful to be put where they belong for their crimes.
It only happens if we the people demand it. If we let them get away with it, then they'll accept our offer and will get away with it. Now, forget about all this and place your attention on something else. What you think about Covid? |
So, the woman has rightfully gone to prison but what about all those other men and women that went to the Island? Are they all innocent? Are the authorities doing their job?

I know that I have to do it sometimes as it can psychologically mess you up reading info on these crimes avidly. I hope that you're doing okay since it's turned to New Yar. |

Bit odd isn't it that one of the jurors had experienced sexual abuse, thought that question would have been top of the list when they culled the jurors..she might get a mistrial now :suspect:

But I guess saying "no one with any experience of abuse is allowed" is one way to ensure that you get a jury stacked with well-off blokes who have no idea what they're looking at and would have little empathy even if they did. |

Yep ... I’d go with that .. maybe have the less serious cases doing some useful physical work as a penance Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Coming back to selecting the jury I am no expert but in a case like this I would have thought anyone who experienced sexual assault would not be allowed to sit on the jury |

I agree with all you've said. Really strong points. Only those who commit violence, destruction, murders, and sex offences too. Are who I'd use prisons for. Any who may be deemed a physical threat to any other. Muggers can at times walk free from Courts while someone stealing something gets locked up. Bonkers. |
