if there wasn't that voice recording, could've been SM gone wrong but him making threats is quite concrete enough evidence that he has committed a crime

there shouldn't be a process when the evidence is this clear

He has a contract with them, they can't officially suspend/can him unless he's charged. If he isn't ever convicted they may well have to buy out his contract meaning he'll still get millions.
