That's a shame for him.

Hopefully he'll be back soon.

And as a side note, I think Lukaku must've had Jesus's injured knee in the CL final.

Nkunku is out for an extended period of time after undergoing knee surgery. Welp.

Yeah, hopefully this gives Nicolas Jackson time to shine though.

Spurs new signing Micky van de Ven.

The latter arrives for a big fee but is highly rated by new boss Ange Postecoglou. Not only
is van de Ven a towering 6ft 4in giant, this left-footed player’s outstanding feature is pace.
In fact, he was the quickest recorded centre-back in last season’s Bundesliga, reaching a
top speed of 22.3 mph.

Spurs are not going to be very Spursy this season I think

It’s crazy that ManU , Chelsea and Arsenal have all lost their main scorer / centre forward just leading up to the first week of the season.. with Spurs now also likely to be without theirs as well now !!

Lucky for Liverpool who have GIVE genuine forwards/scorers !!

i think Postecoglou is at least different from the typical spurs manger mold

Might as well just give the title to City at this point.

Bad news for Aston Villa as Emi Buendía suffered ACL injury during yesterday’s training. [emoji599]🟣[emoji838] #AVFC

That’s why Villa are pushing to sign Nicoló Zaniolo, as revealed today.

Well I’d say that Levy is simply driving a wedge between himself and Harry now .. Kane’s wife is heavily pregnant and due in the coming weeks .. the very , very LAST thing she needed was all this needless extra drama and stress !!

No way Kane stays now imho

Right all todays nonsense apart ..

I am praying that Burnley beat or at least play well and get a draw against ManC tonight - then we can all look forwards to a great season.

If City go out and win 7:0 or something I’m be well miffed

Man City always start slowly so it's no indication of how they will finish the season.

I don't think any team will be particularly consistent this season.

bots 11-08-2023 05:33 PM

can i just say that the bbc's new premier league home page is an absolute ****ing joke

Zizu 11-08-2023 05:38 PM

Bayern are hoping to play him in tomorrow’s Super Cup !

He has to sign by 3pm tomorrow afternoon in order to play in the evening match

He could win his first trophy within the first 24 hours of signing
