Well done the Old bill "smashing" this cunning plan (2 text messages sent by some housebound agoraphobic to a 12 year old in Colorado pretending to be a Mafia Boss)

meanwhile burglary crimes solved in Essex At 1.8% and around 50 cars stolen to order per day

You know that Haribo ad with the two "Police Officers" sat in a car eating Haribo, doing nothing and talking like children? Oh and one being massively overweight? That's suppose to be a "silly/funny" ad, yet it's un-ironically the most apt and realistic ad on TV atm.

I guess it's refreshing to see something so realistic to life on a TV ad.

Beso 06-10-2023 04:43 PM

Surely it would be kidnapped and rape.

Beso 06-10-2023 04:43 PM

I will concede sexual assault.

Gavin Plumb, 36, was arrested on Wednesday "as part of an ongoing investigation", said Essex Police.

He was also charged with incitement to commit kidnap.

Willoughby did not appear on Thursday's edition of ITV show This Morning. She was said to be under police protection at her home on Thursday night.

Essex police did not confirm whether Willoughby had been the target of the alleged plot, which was first reported in The Sun.

The newspaper said police had found "sinister messages" threatening to kidnap and "seriously harm" the star, adding that digital devices and a mobile phone were seized during the arrest.

In a statement, Detective Superintendent Rob Kirby said: "This was an extremely fast paced investigation, with many of our officers and national partners working overnight to secure these charges.

"The safeguarding of any victim is paramount and we will continue to prioritise this and working with the Metropolitan Police Service as the investigation proceeds."

Okay I've got my answer.

Honestly sounds like a sick ****.

Beso 06-10-2023 10:02 PM

Stupid decision to kidnap her to kill her. That's just sitting to many eggs in the one basket, and adding complications to the end goal.

BBC News Text:
[Report that Holly Willoughby has healed
her rift with her ex-presenter Phillip Schofield,
after he got in touch with his support when
she became the target of an alleged murder plot.
The tabloid writes Willoughby was
"really happy" to hear from Schofield after the pair
fell out over lies about his affair with a colleague.]

Nahhhh something about this whole thing is massively off

bots 09-10-2023 08:28 AM

the intelligence service has failed to stop people that are on their watch lists, but in the space of 24 hours they were able to identify, stop and charge some complete unknown and identify who he was communicating with abroad. Getting a warrant and requesting the data from isp's typically takes a couple of weeks. ISP's wouldn't respond within 24 hours.

There are big red flags all over this story

arista 09-10-2023 10:19 AM

She should go back on TV.

He is arrested.

just because he has been caught, doesn't mean the threat has gone
