Correct on both counts

Looks like he’s gaining popularity

Odds on to win it now — to win £10 you have to risk £11 as things stand

Yeah Marvin is a genuinely nice guy .. he’s jumped up in the odds ratings after last night as well

I can’t believe he’s only 50/1, and so far behind so many others.

Cherie 01-12-2023 09:41 AM

Tony seems a good bet too

rusticgal 01-12-2023 11:30 AM

I liked seeing a more serious side to Sam last night...opening up. I can see him winning this.

Yeah that was very heart warming .. I really felt for him .. it is sooooo hard to open up like that to others especially about things you’ve bottled up for decades ..

That could have been the first time he’s ever shared those feelings of inadequacies

It was good to see, and I think it gave us all the chance to understand Sam and his behaviours a lot better. When someone opens up so genuinely and honestly, revealing their insecurities and vulnerabilities like Sam did, it connects us to them so much more.

One of the greatest things about Sam, is the positive reactions he brings out in most of the other camp mates, and the relationships he has formed as a result are touching to watch.

Through their responses to Sam, Marvin has shown himself to be an admirable person, Nick has shown much more of his fun side, and Tony has shown his patience and consideration, even taking Sam’s hand when they were walking by the water on their way to the motel. He’s also brought out the best in Fred.

Sam, being Sam, is allowing others to show their best qualities, and this is gaining them more support as a consequence.

It's obvious Sam will win , it's between him & Josie  .

From the comments it sounds like Sam's improved his strategy from the CBB days.

Well in Sam’s defence you do indeed improve your coping strategies as you age .

I can’t see the appeal of Josie, personally. She’s okay, but not a potential winner for me.

I don't think so, Josie is quickly falling out of favour on Facebook, I can't find anyone supporting her. Sam's support is unpredictable, many find him irritating and annoying while others are staunch supporters although they keep playing the ADHD card which isn't doing him any favours. The one to watch is Tony, I see a lot of growing support probably because of the weakness of Josie and Sam's support and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him crowned the winner next Sunday. His odds are down from 16/1 to 3/1 which says it all. Personally I hope not, I'm relying on Sam for the Xmas money but I can already see it disappearing into the distance.

I put a few pounds on Tony as I think he could take the crown

I do really like him and think he’s a proper sweetheart, but he is starting to become a bit much for me to handle watching every night

He does appear to be getting a bit too rumbustious so he’s possibly close to meltdown and nobody ( even himself) will realise … he could experience a real low in the coming days and then he’ll re-centre if that makes sense

His ADHD plays a part ,but I think he pushes boundaries to get a reaction.... especially with Tony . If Tony lashes out then he'd be considered 'The bad guy' . I think Sam knows what he's doing .

I'll be pleasantly surprised if Sam doesn't win and if instead Tony wins , it would be like another Joey Essex delicious moment lol. But I still think Sam will win ...Tony will possibly make the final but that's it imo . I personally would prefer Tony ,Nick or Marv to win ,but I wish we saw more of Marv .

I’m not sure … he was playing with fire last night by prodding and jabbing a narky Bellew

I just don’t think he can help himself

He slapped his face the other day claiming a "mosquito " was there, I doubt it was a mosquito. Sam has wind up merchant vibes all over him despite his ADHD. And he's testing Tony's patience more than any other campmate.

Would love Bellew to KO the little brat.

I agree i also think he knows what he's doing. He overreacts on everything.

It didn't use to exist
It used to be called "annoying attention seeking" then it was called "hyperactive"

It's just basically lack of discipline as a child. Got away with being a brat as a child and grew up that way.

A smacked arse was the only remedy needed.
