It’s a video interview where I can re-record it so it’s much better for me this way but I’ll be making sure I’m looking at the camera!!

How did this UC interview go? Make sure to provide as much evidence as you can about the fact that you would have been let go regardless. If that is the case they shouldn't sanction you
