I dont think he is a dullard though...I think he is probably very witty with a dry sense of humour and just finding his way....I also think the reasons given for nominating him were pretty pathetic...

Well Chris is the dullest of all dullards yet he seems to be popular .. wonder how he would be fairing if he was old , fat and ugly

I mentioned this elsewhere but Jack occasionally seems highly strung or anxious even jumpy

Could he be missing something from the outside world ?

Yes, that's my view of him as well, I'm interested in seeing a bit more of him

Ditto

In the live stream he comes alive and drives many of the interesting conversations plus he has a wicked, infectious laugh !

I’ll give you that, the reasons for his nominations was poor.

We all know Jack will be safe as houses due to the corrie fan base there’s no way he’s leaving first, it’s either Michael or Mickey.

I reckon it’ll be Mickey

Ray. 11-04-2025 02:46 PM

Whoever goes, I'll feel like we've missed out on someone with a lot of potential to serve up some actual entertainment as opposed to someone like Chris Hughes or Angelica.

Agreed

I’d sooner lose Mr Neutral Chris , or the actress that I have never seen or heard of before this series or Chesney another one floating under the radar and is too touchy, feely with other guys for my liking ( then to nominate Jack for not wanting to be touched by him is outrageous ..I wouldn’t miss Trish -I just hate thinking about cancer so I do not want to hear her bleating about it 24/7 and telling me that women have to moisturise their privates before each treatment .. I do not want to know about these things

Hope your right i want Jack to stay and Mickey to go.

Mickey leaving would be a disaster for ratings

Similarly, it pissed me off to no end that JoJo nominated Jack because he didn't baby and coddle her like the others did when Mickey made a few ill-chosen jokes towards her. The arrogance and entitlement.

Maybe its for the best .. I plus many wouldn’t bother watching this lot without him

It would teach them that these nomarks are a waste of time

Zizu 11-04-2025 03:28 PM

Looks like Mickey will be booted out tonight

At least I’ll get my evenings back …

I wouldn't want any of them out. Have you see the ones who escaped the nominations - they're bottom of the barrel for me.

It's always the same, they throw out the interesting ones first and leave the bores in to the final.

And that JoJo, she's really gettting on my nerves now, and that woman who is trying to lose weight by wearing a double chin melt away mask, she's annoying too.

Oh I can agree that wrong housemates are up for eviction.

I thought Micky would irritate me but I find him in both negative and positive ways entertaining to watch.

I never thought for one moment I'd like Michael but I think he's a really good housemate to watch.

Jack I thought would be hilarious in there, and he may yet prove to be, however up to now he's been a disappointment to me.

As you're pointing out though, these are 3 I'd rather not have up for eviction at this stage.
Unfortunately they are the ones who are.
So I'll try with all my votes to save Michael.

Yet Mickey was again the villain for suggesting that ‘you are what you eat’ to her

Maybe Jack's getting a bad edit. I laughed when he told Michael 'just face it, they hate us.' :joker:

He was right. It's very easy for the other housemates to criticise Mickey. But he comes from a different planet to the rest of them. In more ways than being a Hollywood actor.

Livia 11-04-2025 04:43 PM

Really surprised and a but mystified why people want to save Michael. He's so creepy and forced.

Katmieow 11-04-2025 06:25 PM

Mickey but also want Michael to stay. Pity some of the dull females aren't up

Yes... The females all got off lightly and some are, like you say, dull......

For me Patsy is the most underwhelming so far. Like I expected Trisha to be lacklustre but I had hopes for Patsy.

I can't say I was expecting too much from Patsy so I haven't been disappointed.
