There is none. The housemates will have to find somewhere to eat.
I love the idea, it's so evil, maybe they will eat on the beds.

I love it!

But I didn't think the Big Brother house had plug sockets everywhere.

Yeah, it does. For all sorts of reasons...

In 2006, there were four sockets (of two plugs) in just the lounge. It's mainly for tasks.

Are you confused? Well, you should be…

I think the mirrors should be more grey, but it's just my opinion, amazing job as always. :hello:

They're actually dark grey at 96% transparency.

Brilliant work as always

Very nice work!

I love it!

Hopefully this cross-section will help everyone understand the relatively complex placement of everything in the house. From this view, this is what we would see if all lines were shown from a vantage point in the audience. The first 1/5 of the house is cut out, but it provides a great view of the house arrangement. The punishment house is at the bottom right, the main house at the bottom-centre, and the attic house (from which the most recent pictures originate) is the second floor.

Geoking, I applaud you. Your house is fantastic, one of the best I have ever seen.

Amazing work. Well done!

geoking66 14-09-2007 12:35 AM

Thanks so much!

The attic house's Diary Room entrance (and eventually real entrance, as you must go through the upper Diary Room to enter the attic house) is an interesting one. The "French" doors are actually built like train doors since they push towards the dining table and slide out once positioned outwards. Inside the corridor are printed the three slogans of the Party, a nod to Nineteen-Eighty Four: "War is Peace" on the floor, "Ingorance is Strength" on the left, and "Freedom is Slavery" on the right.

Day 1 - The first twist

As part of my BB9 (as long as I don't get bored with coming up with task ideas that I probably won't create), I'm going to put certain twists in here. The first one happens on Day 1.

Ten minutes after the twelve housemates enter, Big Brother will ask that one housemate go to the Diary Room. Whilst the housemate is in the Diary Room, Big Brother tells them that they are moving to another house. The housemate will emerge and at the end of the episode and after another housemate is called to the Diary Room in order to avoid suspicion, Big Brother will say that the housemate who originally came to the Diary Room must leave the house. The housemate will now leave the house without being allowed to talk to the other housemates. He or she will then go up the stairs and enter the second house.

Rather than having four other housemates enter the house on the same night, they will arrive in shuffled pairs. Two new housemates will ente on Day 4 (Monday), one more on Day 6 (Wednesday), and the final on Day 8 (Friday), after the first eviction. After Friday, the second house will be a completely different Big Brother that will go on simultaneously with the current house. Thus an attic housemate will be evicted directly after a main housemate, enforcing a 30 second rule which has a benefit that the housemates won't be aware of a double eviction. When the votes are read, the main housemate with the highest percentage of the votes and the housemate in the attic with the highest amount of votes are evicted, with the result being the percentage of the total votes of both houses (id est 39% of all votes counted rather than of one house).

For Week 1, the housemates in the main house will nominate normally on Day 5 with the first eviction on Day 8.

I love everything, really good !

geoking66 14-09-2007 08:22 PM

Thanks everyone!

Here is the official floorplan using an orthogonal section plan view. This is only the bottom level, the top level will come shortly. The empty "rectangle" on the left is the punishment house. The bottom of the spiral entrance corridor can be seen at the top. Matt, by the way, I'm also getting the new iMac (24") because my current one from March 2006 is starting to get old.

24" is the only way to go isn't it? :spin:

I'm getting the cheaper 24" one.

When I get it I will be a Windows-to-Mac convert (though I've loved Apple stuff all my life... it's interfering parents who have so far prevented me from getting a Mac )

I saw it in real life the other day. Lets just say the pictures dont do it justice.

I can't wait, and I bet you can't either :thumbs2:
