Lol, I would of turned it on but I have all the episodes, I watch them randomly whenever, makes me so happy

Callum 22-12-2008 08:24 PM

Same, I hope there'll be a movie but I doubt it. Imagine if it was a total disaster though.

I get what you mean, there wouldn't really be a relevant plot would there? It'd be kinda pointless.

Yeah like how Season 7 left off it's just like they'd have to focus on a brand new storyline and everything. They'd be able to think of something but just think if it was a total let down, I'd rather remember the end of Buffy from an iconic episode rather than a rushed, pointless movie.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 09:58 PM

I'm so so so so so obsessed with Buffy again!

*mazedsalv** 10-01-2009 10:02 PM

Ive never stopped being obsessed!! :xyxwave:

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:04 PM

 LOL

Well I bought the complete series so I've been watching them all again. Currently half way through S3!

Tom4784 10-01-2009 10:06 PM

Apparently they're doing some sort of comic book called Buffy Season 8 or something. So I suppose if you wanna know what happens next that'd be the best thing to get.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:09 PM

Yeah they're like 20 issues in now. I haven't read it but apparently its good.

I'd rather let it end on S7 than have my head filled with some comic book stuff lol.

Same here. I liked the ending anyway.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:18 PM

Yeah that's why I'm iffy about a reunion or movie. It could really ruin how good it ended.

Gemmer-x 10-01-2009 10:19 PM

I love the musical

Sod_James 10-01-2009 10:20 PM

i was a right buffy obsessed teenager lol. I had it bad. i cried at the end of the 'The Gift' iv sold most of my buffy stuff but i kept the valuable stuff. like my hand signed autograps and prop replicas. the other stuff has either gone or is packed away.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:22 PM

^Same about The Gift. I bawled when it first aired! Especially when it flashed to her grave....I was only like 9/10 at the time as well!

And me too Gemmer! Amazing episode.

Callum 10-01-2009 10:36 PM

Same, I was an emotional wreck watching The Gift, lol. I still get pretty upset over it now, it's the music that gets me. I still need to get seasons 2, 3 and 4.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:37 PM

They're really cheap now, like 15 pounds each in HMV.

I bought the complete series for 54 pounds on Play, bargainnnn!

Callum 10-01-2009 10:47 PM

Wow that is a bargain! I remember it used to be so expensive.

MarkWaldorf 10-01-2009 10:52 PM

Yeah, 54 pounds was roughly the price for just one boxset.

*mazedsalv** 10-01-2009 11:12 PM

The Gift was soo sad and emotional.
I havnt read any of the comics.

Foebane100 11-01-2009 11:17 AM

Well Buffy The Vampire Slayer - The Complete DVD Collection is now £50 and Angel - Complete Collection - Limited Edition is £47.97 on amazon.co.uk.

Starting to wonder if I should watch them all again:tongue:

The Buffy season 8 and the Angel after the fall comics are being collected into graphic novels so should be easy to get.

MarkWaldorf 11-01-2009 11:33 AM

It's fun to watch it all over again when you haven't in a long time.

Tom4784 11-01-2009 11:36 AM

My sister's slowly collecting the dvds. So far she's got Buffy seasons 2,3,4,7, the 1992 film and Angel season 1. My favourite seasons are 3 and 5.

MarkWaldorf 11-01-2009 11:39 AM

I never liked the film...maybe its because I'm so used to Sarah and Sunnydale it seems weird with another plot? S2 is my favourite. Everything about it is amazing, I really can't fault any episode.

Becoming Part 2 is definitely one of my favourite TV finales ever. Playing 'Full of Grace' at the end was genius and is sooo touching!
