Knowing someone/personality doesn't really come into it to be fair, im dealing with what I see...your life story doesn't come into play.

It clearly wasn't being brushed over, as yours and Sticks comments were noted by multiple members...including the topic creator. So please don't try to detour the blame elsewhere by somehow claiming that me commenting on your negative actions created the problem.

You can keep your kettle, as im really in no need of one. Putting someone down for unsubstantial reasons is in a completely different area to me defending the topic creator and exposing someone's unnecessary behaviour.

You simply feel im passing myself off as superior because ive attempted to expose and comment on what you did, and you just plain don't like it.

Also, Sam, I don't think Sticks' comment was necessary at all, I was just poking fun at the way you phrased it, as it seemed a bid odd. (:
Wow, you've come a long way from:

I wouldn't call that poking fun, would you?
Also, you can insist that you "confused" the situation/Sam's post all you like, but ive read the topic back and nowhere does Sam phrase anything that suggests he expects a "congratulations"

It's a shame people can't just admit to being in the wrong and leave things at that, rather than insisting on defending themselves when they haven't got a leg to stand on. That's the only reason this has been turned into something more than it is...because you couldn't accept someone pointing out an error you made.

Which is why you insist on replying, not because you're right, but purely because you can't accept you were wrong. Hence the excuses and suggestion that it's my fault somehow...for pointing it out.

Maybe if you'd simply said "I think that's uncalled for, why say that when all it's doing is ruining the excitment etc." then I would have understood. But all of your ridiculous psuedo-intellect with analyzing my personality and trying to demean me with your detailed explaination on how evil and scheming I am frankly did nothing but make the situation worse.

The way you dismiss everything anyone says to you that you don't like is fairly amusing, but also the way you think you can understand people when you *really* obviously can't. You don't know me, and you can't extract anything about me (Oh wait, "I think people are more themselves online in real life!!!" How can you know that? I can only assume you know this because it applies to you, which gives me a comfort that you don't act like a conceited know-it-all to the people that know you off the forum...)

anyone ever heard the saying, if you dont hvae anything nice to say dont say anything? Its pathetic how people try to start an argument out of a thread like this

Congrats Sam :)

Sam 29-10-2007 03:51 PM

For anyone who wants to hear me im twenty minutes in i think, but i sound rather nervous and silly lol :blush2:

The level of which I choose to comment on what you did is irrelevant, the fact of the matter is...my words wouldn't be there at all if you didn't post what you did. Or if conveniantly for you, I just didn't care =]

It's also contradictory, as you simply could have said "fair enough, sorry to cause offense...hope you enjoyed being on the radio" but you yourself insisted on the lengthy replies.

So that's what you've said so far, made void in an instant.

That's just a glorified version of the traditional argument "it's the internet, you don't know me! so you can't say anything"

You don't know anything about Sam, but still you stuck a "looking for congratulations" sticker to his forehead without a second thought =]

As I said before, knowing you really doesn't come into play if im dealing with what I see before me. If people had to know a person before making a comment on their actions, my keyboard wouldn't get much usage, and many banned members on this forum would still be around.

What I said about a person displaying more of themselves on the internet still stands, at very least they'll display exactly how they are in real life, which isn't a good thing if they're someone who acts unneccessarily.

Granted, I don't constantly walk around being a so called "know-it-all" in real life, but that's because I only come across as a know-it-all when im trying to express my views on something I disagree with, which usually tends to be people acting poorly...
Luckily there aren't too many of them in my life =]

You sound fine, trust me. How much does it cost to ring into a radio show? I can't say I've ever tried...

I couldn't be bothered to read your post Retroman, sorry. ;)

Retroman 29-10-2007 04:08 PM

Apology accepted ^_^

Is there a link to the radio show? as my browser is being strange and won't allow me to click "< BACK" onto page one to check. Though it'll most likely be fine once ive submitted this post.

Sam! 29-10-2007 04:30 PM

Wow! I would love to be on Radio 1, Scott Mills Show woop!

For people who wanna watch:

- Go down to "Choose a Show and Listen"
- A new window pops up, go down to "The Surgery with Kelly Osbourne"

That should be the show Sam was on :)
