Oh good. That makes me feel better. I must stress though that most new members are really nice. It's only the odd one that upsets the apple cart.

Anyway, this wonderful thread appears to have run its course.

It has served us well as a way to reflect on how we each behave towards new account holder (see that, clever me lol) but alas now it is time to bury it.
