I always put things in the bin. Sometimes I'll catch myself drop stuff on the floor or in a bush but I'll pick it up and find a bin.

Nope, the only lesson learnt was that the council or the government or whoever created these fineing laws need to get their priorities sorted ... £75 for a chip wrapper, £30 for a potential life ...

And don't tell me I should be ashamed ... like I've said, a wrapper on the floor is hardly my area's main concern. And like I also said, I know it's not the point, I know it's the wrong attitude etc, etc.

If I lived in a nice place then I wouldn't litter but as I live in a horrible place, I don't see the point.

I agree about the laws, but then you can drive a tractor at 16, and a car at 17! Thats silly as well if you ask me, a tractor can cause more damage than a car.

But on topic, at least you see its wrong, but please dont drop litter again. If everyone dropped litter, like Kiz said, think where we would be.

If people, like you, did not drop litter and took some pride in where they lived then thing may improve. Whilst you treat is like a **** hole it always will be.

I completly agree.

I live about 400 yards from a Maccy D's and we are slightly uphill from there. My garden is on a curve too..... this all leads to this in my garden:

I disappear I really do! Other peoples litter is blowing in my garden which I have to pick up.... I dont get paid for it so why should I pick up other people rubbish??

I bet it gets really annoying.

Where I live litter is generally OK. It isn't like walking through a dump but there are the odd bits of litter about. There are places near me which include long walks with no bins around. If I'm walking down one of those and its either freezing or my hands are full, the last thing I am going to do is cart an empty coke can down the road until I reach the nearest bin.

You not got gloves? If your hands are so full you you can't carry an empty can, then how the hell did you manage with a full one in the first place? Excuses.

No. I dont wear gloves. I hate them. And its perfectly possible yo buy one before you buy other stuff, and your hands get fuller whilst you have it with you. Its possible not to pass a bin.

I agree with you. After school I'll go to the shop and buy a drink, when lately it's been cold, and I'll carry the can all the way home to put it in the bin. There isn't a bin on the route I take.

It would be funny if they did because there is a bin at the end of my street, and the street isn't that big. I'm on about where there are no bins!

Nope, I would just have more important things to carry which I've already mentioned. Hands full and all that :rolleyes: If my hands are not full then I probably would wait until I see a bin.

In the bin in your house. In my village their are no bins at all (It is small), but I dont drop stuff!

4 bags in each hand and your pockets are too small. There is a little bit left that could leak out over your stuff.
