I mean what expansion pack (eg. open for business, nightlife etc.) is needed to install the sims2pack file? I downloaded the one from the freewebs site that was posted on page 2, when trying to install it it said this needs expansion pack data that is not currently installed. I only currently have h&m and Ikea stuff packs.

It's not available for download, but I used Open For Business, Nightlife, University, Festive stuff and Glamour life to make it.
