Ashlee's right. I got told off for brushing to hard by my dentist :pat:

I normally do them twice a day, morning and night. Altho if i have work on the night (3 times a week) then i will brush them before my shift. So 4 days twice, 3 days 3 times.

Once at night. But my dentist so I have really healthy teeth so I'm not worried!

You shouldnt really brish straight after a meal, and dont brush your teeth after drinkin fruit juice either.
And dont use mouthwash straight after brushing your teeth :spin2:
