Not sure specifically why he does the rocking movement thing but it's very common with autistic spectrum people (and I've said before I think he may be) also hyperactive people, and blind/partially sighted people (which he is.) It may look weird and unsettling but you shouldn't let it cloud you view of him any more than you let yourself be swayed by the fact fact that Dale is pretty, and so was Sylvia. (Or did you let that cloud you view at all folks?!!!) On a forum where many people think that Rachel's thinning hairline is enough to get her evicted I sometimes wonder why I'm here at all! Anyway...I agree that Darnell has a massive chip on his shoulder and hearing him bang on about his insecurities/issues can be tiresome but I still think he is one of the most fair/balanced/decent/insightful people in there. Yes he loses his rag at times but almost always he's right! He just stands up for what he believes and doesn't like to see other people belittled, that's all.
