I don't see why the two were in a slanging match in the first place, and I don't understand why they're being compared either. They're too different and had such different motives before entering the show. Although Steph is quite academic, she's always been interested in singing - as was shown through her Popstars audition. I think she wanted to go on BB purely for the fun, which she was having, albeit for only a few days.

She also probably used it to get into the limelight again, with the intention of using that to continue her singing career. Chanelle, however, really had one intention only: to become an entertaining BB housemate. She did that by impersonating VB, having her little tantrums etc.

She then went on to become a successful ex-housemate because she stayed in the public eye and milked her fame, through her calendar, numerous shoots, a shot at a single etc. She will be remembered for being a successful ex-BB contestant, using her time well. Steph, however, has a different talent altogether and was almost using BB as a stepping stone - as such, the two can't be compared and shouldn't really be comparing careers.

Chanelle didnt come out and decide ''Lets make a single , whopee!'' She done that at the beginig of this year, so she had been out of the house for several months. Also she was given the opertunity to do it and if you were offered it i am sure you would give it a go.

I cant be bothered keep debating. Chanelle is, without doubt One of the most succesful housemates.

Steph wasn't ejected from Pop Stars, she was too young so fessed up before she was found out. She made it pretty far, and if she was 16; who knows? She may even be in Girls Aloud right now. I just listened to "Stay" on youtube just now and it's actually very good.

I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about Steph and Chanelle. Stephanie had clothes on in most of her NUTS shoot, whereas its debatable as to whether CHanelle actually knows what clothes are.

That's a bit unfair - the girl does actually have talent. She just used BB as a fun experience, but unfortunately that was taken away from her. She still has her singing voice. Plus, she's gained attention from going on BB so can use it to her advantage.

Everyone saying about her being first out. It's the best thing to happen to her. She has a better shot at a decent music career now that she was out first, it gives people time to forget about her.

Also , you cant blame eviction ratings on the housemate being evicted either. A lot of it has to do with the state the show itself is in. The most boring housemate in the world could still get huge eviction ratings in a hot BB.
