haha. Yeah i had that to begin with. Then i got Banner Maker pro, Then i used GIMP then u used Paint Shop Pro 7, Now i use Paint Shop Pro 11 :D

You can submit any Avatar you have made. Wether that be that you made it 20 years ago. Or if you made it for someone else. As long as you made it.
