I've put on a bit, but it's all muscle, which is what I needed to do..buff up a bit haha! I'm not going to the gym now until Tuesday....getting withdrawal symptoms already haha

Update. I'm now balancing between 11stone 11lbs - 12 stone 2lbs. So losing more but keeping it steady. Haven't really been dieting much since January haha.

Im 8 stone(112-116lbs), and yess it may seem really light (and i agree), but my BMI says im confortably in the healthy weight range for my height because im quite short for my age (5'5 I think).

Thing is i eat like there is no tomorrow and i just dont put weight on and then the doctor said "It will catch up with you one day soon" and judging by how much i eat, Im probably going from 8 stone to 13 stone in the space of 3 years.... he said that i should be ready for heavy weight gain becaus emy metabalism will slow down lol

Am pretty much the same, 11 stone 11 - 11 stone 12 always.

I hate it though coz im trying to gain weight and finding it much harder than losing it!
