Of course it's bad, your age doesn't matter as long as you are responsible and aware of the risks. I started smoking at 16 and I perfectly knew what it implied.
Considering that, it's up to you to practice sports and to keep up a good health.

It's worse than cigarettes, its illegal aint it. I just don't see the big deal in smoking, its hardly enjoyable.
