imeem has a few artists who opt out of having whole songs on there. I've been a member there for years. Coldplay were one of the first ones to take legal action and they only feature 30 second clips of their tracks. There were others, but I can't recall off the top of my head.

Youtube will tank because of this. It's a sad day for skint music fans. :(
